This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Facy (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by PETARDA PRODUCTION a.s. The Application allows users to animate 3D faces with their emotions using TrueDepth camera.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

Data usage

Camera, microphone, and TrueDepth API
We need to access your device camera and TrueDepth API (ARKit) to be able to run face tracking and place our 3D models in your reality. All data are used only for real time processing and no data is shared or stored anywhere.

Recording videos or taking photos
Your record/photo is temporary saved on the device until the record is shared or discarded within the app. No files are shared with us or third-party.

Photo library
We need to access your photo library to allow us to store your record/photo to your photo library. If you dont allow us to access your photo library, you can save your record/photo via share button within the app. We use this access only to export your record.

User Provided Information

The Application obtains anonymous information. We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions (push notifications or by contacting our email address).

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. All these informations are “anonymized” and “aggregated” for further analysis.

We are also tracking within the app:

• Name of the screens you are visiting
• If you allowed or disallowed push notifications
• Push notification token (if allowed)
• Basic device information for device usage statistics
• If you canceled in app purchase

Collected information are gathered by third-party app by Google (for more visit https://fabric.io/terms).

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Does the Application collect recorded videos or data from TrueDepth camera?

This Application does not collect recorded videos or data from TrueDepth camera.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. použil vytvořené fotografie nebo audio/video záznam mé osoby (dále jen materiál). Dále souhlasím s užitím pořízených fotografií a audio/video materiálů, ať už v podobě hmotné či digitalizované (nehmotné), a to zejména následujícím způsobem:

1. autor je oprávněn užít fotografie a audio/video materiál pro svou vlastní potřebu a pro účely prezentace své práce.
2. dále je autor oprávněn poskytnout licenční oprávnění k užití fotografií a audio/video materiály jako svých autorských děl, třetím osobám, a to pro účely reklamní (komerční) i redakční (tzn. uveřejňování v periodickém tisku).

Souhlasím s tím, že fotografie a audio/video materiály mohou být změněny, použity jako součást díla souborného nebo může být použita pouze jejich část.

Osobní údaje zadané při odeslání materiálu na e-mail budou zpracovány formou jejich shromáždění a uložení v souladu se zákonem č. 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů, v platném znění.

Použitím aplikace Když draka bolí hlava také potvrzuji, že výše uvedenému textu plně rozumím a jsem způsobilý tento souhlas poskytnout.
